This is a petition asking State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman to launch a formal investigation into Mayor Lovely Warren’s political action committee, Warren for a Stronger Rochester PAC.
In potential violation of the law, Warren essentially had two campaign committees. There is considerable evidence that Warren created a fraudulent PAC to solicit over-the-limit donations. Public filings indicate she used that money for personal spending and to aid her reelection campaign.
These are possible crimes against the electorate. Warren may have broken laws to gain personal and political benefits. One need only look at our national scandal dealing with the integrity of our democracy to see why this matters.

Rochester for All will forward this petition to the Attorney General’s office in mid-November.
